In your Accounting Analyst II - Intercompany Accounting - (Global Business Services) role, you\'ll help us deliver better care for billions of people around the world. It starts with YOU. Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities: Ensure timely and accurate preparation and submission of intercompany billings requests in compliance with US GAAP accounting requirements. Ensure accurate and detailed review of intercompany invoice processing including monthly P&L variance analysis, local tax accounting and withholding tax requirements of intercompany transactions. Troubleshoot and resolve intercompany invoice processing errors (if any) and perform manual adjustments as required with appropriate supporting documentation. Perform assigned related account reconciliations in Blackline per established timelines. Ensure processes comply with company\'s policies and procedures, internal and external audit requirements, and local rules and regulations, and support the strengthening of financial processes and controls. Work collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve business objectives and efficiently provide the essential support services to the organization. Identify and make recommendations that optimize business processes and improve financial and internal controls and other business practices in alignment with LEAN and culture of continuous improvement. You\'re also a Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting or Professional Accounting qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA or its equivalent with 2+ years relevant working experience and preferably in the same capacity, including practical experience in intercompany accounting. Essential Requirements: Degree in Accounting or Professional Accounting qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA or its equivalent. Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience and preferably in the same capacity, including practical experience in intercompany accounting. Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office and computerized accounting software, knowledge in SAP R3 and intercompany accounting tool will be added advantage. Able to meet stringent reporting deadlines and handle intercompany accounting and reporting responsibilities. Team player with good communication & interpersonal skills An independent person with high degree of maturity, integrity & initiative Good command of written and spoken English is essential. Competency in one Asian language would be added advantage.
