Good command of English - both verbally and in writing - is essential.
Proficient knowledge of PC operation and software application, especially MS Office, E-mail, and the Internet as well as good typing skill.

AR transactions such as handling petty cash, bank posting and reconciliation, inflows from customers, monthly statement, outstanding, travel claims, sales expenses reports, and other related accounting issues related to receivables.
Support Accounting Executive during monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, external auditing processes, budgets, and forecast preparations.
Ensure the database of vendors and suppliers is updated and the accuracy of financial information in the accounting records for financial reporting purposes.
Coordinate with Contracting, and Reservations departments on matters pertaining to the receivables and debtors.
