Purpose
  • Fully in charge of MYR Payment for EWGM, EWMC & EMLS
Duties and Responsibilities
  • To generate the list of due invoices and process vendor payments
  • To follow up with authorized/approvers to ensure online payments are properly approved before bank cut-off
  • To check and ensure the beneficiary\xe2\x80\x99s name and bank account no. is correct in order to avoid any payments is being rejected/returned by bank
  • To perform contra payment and receipts for intercompany transaction between EWMC, EWGM and EMLS
  • To prepare journal for all bank related charges, forex, receipts from non-customer, actual USD payout and fund transfer
  • To perform line item clearing for Bank Clearing / Contra G/L (110645)
  • To maintain a filing system for all payment related documents like BOA online payment advice
  • To liaise with banker and vendor for the queries on invoice payment
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in manufacturing company or related fields
  • Must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance / Accountancy
