:As an Accounts Co-ordinator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the day-to-day operations of our accounting department. Your responsibilities will include processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and providing exceptional support to our finance team.
Key Responsibilities
:
Process and record financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
Reconcile accounts - accounts payable and receivable
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
Perform data entry and ensure accuracy in financial records
Respond to inquiries from vendors, clients, and internal departments
Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
Maintain proper filing of financial documents and transaction records
To carry out other duties and ad-hoc assignments as required
Qualifications:
Minimum SPM/LCCI or accounting diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in an accounting or clerical role
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Positive working attitude, detailed, responsible and committed
Ability to multitask and work efficiently and effectively to meet required deadlines
Ability to learn quickly and apply relevant knowledge
Ability to work in a team environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
