Key Responsibilities:
Record and maintain financial transactions in accounting systems.
Process invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements.
Reconcile bank statements and assist in month-end closing activities.
Prepare financial reports and assist with audits.
Maintain accurate and organized financial records and files.
Assist with payroll processing and tax filings as needed.
Respond to vendor and client inquiries regarding payments and accounts.
Support the finance team with administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.
