We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts and Administrative Assistant Intern to support the day-to-day financial and operational functions of the company. This internship provides hands-on experience in accounting, administrative support, process optimization, and business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Support:
Assist in data entry for accounts payable and receivable.
Support reconciliation of bank statements and petty cash.
Help prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
Assist in monthly financial reporting and documentation.
Maintain and organize financial records in compliance with company standards.
Administrative and Operational Support:
Support procurement and inventory tracking processes.
Assist in coordinating logistics and delivery schedules.
Help with administrative tasks such as document filing, data management, and process flow documentation.
Participate in process improvements and workflow optimization.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for order tracking and delivery confirmation.
General:
Provide support for ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned.
Work collaboratively with different departments to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
