Job Description

1. Accurately and efficiently enter financial transactions into the accounting system 2. Verify accuracy of financial data and correct errors 3. Classify and code financial transactions according to company procedures 4. Reconcile bank statements and other financial records 5. Generate financial reports for management review 6. Assist with the preparation of financial statements 7. Maintain accurate and complete financial records 8. Respond to inquiries from other departments and external parties regarding financial data Job Requirements 1. High school diploma or equivalent; Associate\'s or Bachelor\'s degree in accounting or related field preferred 2. Proven experience as an accounting data entry clerk or similar role 3. Excellent data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail 4. Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and practices 5. Proficient in relevant computer software, such as Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks 6. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written 7. Ability to work independently or as part of a team
