Location:

Section 13, Petaling Jaya

Working Hour:

9am to 6pm ( Monday to Friday)

Salary Range:

RM4,500 - RM5,000 (Increment upon successful completion of probation)

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for handling a

full set of accounts

(Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliation, General Ledger, etc.) in accordance with approved accounting standards and company policies. Manage

monthly payroll processing

and ensure timely submission of statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB). Liaise and coordinate with

auditors, tax agents, bankers, and government authorities

on matters related to audit preparation, tax compliance, and other regulatory requirements. Maintain

accurate and up-to-date accounting records

, including a systematic filing system for both hardcopy and digital documentation. Ensure the

accuracy and timeliness of month-end closing activities

, including preparation of monthly Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Forecast reports. Perform

daily reconciliations

, monitor cash flow, handle petty cash and staff claims, and ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded and discrepancies resolved promptly. Assist in the preparation of

monthly and annual financial statements

(P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow). Oversee

accounts payable and receivable functions

, including payment processing and collection follow-ups. Ensure all accounting entries are correctly captured in the

SQL Accounting System

. Undertake any

ad-hoc assignments

or special projects as directed by the management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting

or

ACCA Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Business

. Minimum

3 to 6 years of working experience

in handling a full set of accounts. Proficient in

Microsoft Excel

and

SQL Accounting Software

. Familiarity with

AutoCount Accounting System

,

SST

, and

e-Invoicing

will be an added advantage. Able to

commence work immediately

or within a short notice period. Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
