Kelayakan

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics or related fields
• 2 - 3 years experience in accounting in the manufacturing industry
• Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
• Able to communicate well in Mandarin

Tanggungjawab

• Perform day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger maintenance
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including preparation of financial reports and reconciliation of accounts
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting by providing accurate financial data and analysis
• Analyze costs related to production and operations, including both direct and indirect costs
• Monitor variances between actual and standard costs and report significant issues to management
• Provide cost analysis and recommendations to support business decisions, cost control, and profit improvement
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Purchasing, and Production to ensure accurate financial and cost data
• Participate in system implementation and process improvement initiatives related to accounting and costing
• Prepare necessary documentation for audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting standards
