- Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics or related fields
- 2 - 3 years experience in accounting in the manufacturing industry
- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
- Able to communicate well in Mandarin
- Perform day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including preparation of financial reports and reconciliation of accounts
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting by providing accurate financial data and analysis
- Analyze costs related to production and operations, including both direct and indirect costs
- Monitor variances between actual and standard costs and report significant issues to management
- Provide cost analysis and recommendations to support business decisions, cost control, and profit improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Purchasing, and Production to ensure accurate financial and cost data
- Participate in system implementation and process improvement initiatives related to accounting and costing
- Prepare necessary documentation for audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting standards
