Role: Accounting Executive
Employment Type: Full-time, open to candidates from APAC regions
Location: Work From Home
Start date: February 2024

What you will do

1. Proficient management of complete sets of accounts, showcasing mastery in Excel formulas, Google Drive & Workspace.

2. Expert handling of debit-credit transactions and journal entries via cloud-based accounting software.

3. Familiarity with Xero cloud accounting software; experience in Power BI is a plus.

4. Preparation of comprehensive month-end variance reports with clear explanations.

5. Strong logical thinking and ability to perform well under pressure, guiding colleagues for accurate financial data retrieval.

6. Task-oriented mindset, prioritizing high-efficiency practices.

7. Exceptional organizational skills, preparing information in advance for timely management inquiries.

8. Experience in cash flow forecasting and contribution to Financial Planning and analysis (FP&A) is advantageous.

9. Meticulous attention to detail across all accounting tasks.

What you need

• Minimum 1 year of experience using Xero and managing complete sets of accounts.
• Proficiency in debit-credit transactions and journal entries.
• Adaptability to learn new software independently, like Power BI.
• Robust analytical skills and a knack for thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Recent graduates with relevant experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
