Job Description



Maintain organised and up-to-date records by managing databases, inputting data, and filing documents efficiently. Process supplier invoices with accuracy and verify payment details to ensure smooth transactions. Assist with daily administrative tasks to support seamless office operations. Conduct research to identify trustworthy vendors for upcoming projects and initiatives. Liaise with suppliers to request quotations and follow up on billing or payment matters. Provide support for ad-hoc assignments and small-scale projects as needed.

Candidate Criteria

Currently pursuing or graduated with a Diploma or Bachelor's in Business Admin, Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Capable of handling multiple tasks independently and with efficiency. Open to working on-site in Puchong, Selangor.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM800.00 per month
