Key Responsibilities:

Assist in maintaining financial records

by accurately recording daily transactions, updating ledgers, and ensuring all entries are properly documented.

Support the preparation of financial statements

such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.

Handle invoices and receipts

, ensuring proper filing, coding, and data entry into accounting systems.

Assist with bank reconciliations

and verify that all financial transactions match company records.

Participate in internal audits

by organizing documentation, checking for discrepancies, and supporting auditors as required.

Prepare simple financial reports and summaries

for management review.

Perform administrative duties

such as photocopying, scanning, and filing of accounting documents.

Collaborate with other departments

to ensure proper communication and flow of financial information.

Maintain confidentiality

of sensitive financial data and uphold professional integrity at all times.

Required Skills and Competencies:

Strong understanding of

basic accounting principles

and financial reporting standards. Proficiency in

Microsoft Excel

and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, MYOB, or QuickBooks). Excellent

attention to detail

, organizational, and analytical skills. Ability to

manage time effectively

verbal and written communication
