REQUIREMENTS \xe2\x80\xa2 Degree / Diploma in Accounting/Finance or any field that is related (on-going) \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheet and Quickbooks \xe2\x80\xa2 Interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication \xe2\x80\xa2 The ability to be discreet when handling sensitive financial information \xe2\x80\xa2 A willingness to learn \xe2\x80\xa2 Detail-oriented \xe2\x80\xa2 Analytical skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Fast learner & able to work independently \xe2\x80\xa2 Self-motivated and possess very good discipline towards him/her work. RESPONSIBILITIES \xe2\x80\xa2 Accounting data entry, record keeping and data management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Help create documentation such as quotations, invoices, etc for suppliers and any third party that dealing with the company. \xe2\x80\xa2 Support the team with financial/accounts matters. \xe2\x80\xa2 Compile accounting information for month-end closing. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide general accounting support. \xe2\x80\xa2 Any ad-hoc tasks assigned.
