Responsibility:1. Daily management 1. Responsible for the company\'s sales, procurement, engineering, expense reporting and other accounting work; 2. Responsible for the normal operation of the company\'s ERP financial system and the smooth connection with other ERP module systems; 3. Responsible for the preparation of accounting statements and the preparation of various management reports; 4. Responsible for the preparation of annual budget and monthly budget, analysis of budget implementation, etc.; 5. Responsible for project accounting, pre-transfer to fixed assets, formal transfer of projects to fixed assets, and fixed asset management; 6. Responsible for docking with external audit institutions and the group\'s internal audit, and completing various annual audit work; 7. Other work related to accounting. 2. Policy Establishment 1. Assist Senior Manager to manage and unify the company\'s accounting policies and financial management systems; 2. Assist Senior Manager to determine the general principles of the company\'s accounting methods and accounting procedures; 3. Formulate the company\'s accounting management system. 3. Team building 1. Responsible for cultivating and building a good team atmosphere in the office, and maintaining a departmental culture that is integrated with the company; 2. Responsible for the evaluation of subordinates, and make suggestions on reward and punishment standards; 3. Conduct business guidance and ability training for subordinates to improve the quality of subordinates; 4. Organize subordinates to participate in professional training, and guide subordinates to carry out career design. 4. Others 1. Responsible for the archiving, transfer, and management of all accounting files of the company; 2. Cooperate with tax authorities and accounting firms to complete various audit work; 3. Complete the temporary work assigned by the management. Requirement: 1.Bachelor degree or above 2. Professional Requirements : Possess full set of professional knowledge. Able to lead the team to achieve work goals. 3. At least 5 years of financial/auditing work experience, experience in financial work in manufacturing companies is preferred. 4. Required language(s): English, Malay, Mandarin (prefer). Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
