Job Description

Industry: Manufacturing Industry Responsibility: 1. Responsible for the company\'s sales, procurement, engineering, expense reporting and other accounting work; 2. Responsible for the normal operation of the company\'s ERP financial system and the smooth connection with other ERP module systems; 3. Responsible for the preparation of accounting statements and the preparation of various management reports; 4. Responsible for the preparation of annual budget and monthly budget, analysis of budget implementation, etc.; 5. Responsible for project accounting, pre-transfer to fixed assets, formal transfer of projects to fixed assets, and fixed asset management; 6. Responsible for docking with external audit institutions and the group\'s internal audit, and completing various annual audit work; 7. Assist Senior Manager to manage and unify the company\'s accounting policies and financial management systems; 8. Assist Senior Manager to determine the general principles of the company\'s accounting methods and accounting procedures; 9. Cooperate with tax authorities and accounting firms to complete various audit work: 10.Responsible for cultivating and building a good team atmosphere in the office, and maintaining a departmental culture that is integrated with the company; 11.Other work related to accounting Requirement: 1.Bachelor degree or above. 2. Professional Requirements : Possess full set of professional knowledge. Able to lead the team to achieve work goals. 3. At least 5 years of financial/auditing work experience, experience in financial work in manufacturing companies is preferred. 4. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malay, Mandarin (prefer).Candidates fluent in mandarin as role requires candidate to deal with China company. 5.
