Position Title Accounting Manager

xe3x83xbbPL Creation: Prepare sales and profit/loss planning sheets.
xe3x83xbbBS Creation: Prepare balance sheets for financial management.
xe3x83xbbCash Flow Management: Adjust and manage the overall company cash flow.
xe3x83xbbFundraising / Capital Increase: Utilize cash flow statements to manage cash flow and execute fundraising (including capital increase).
xe3x83xbbCollaboration with Accounting Department: Conduct third-party reviews of accounting tasks and provide mutual support.
xe3x83xbbAudit Support: Work with the affiliated accounting firm to support audits in collaboration with the accounting department.
xe3x83xbbImpairment Processing: Analyze unprofitable stores and execute appropriate impairment processing.
xe3x83xbbRegular Reporting to the Japanese Parent Company: Report, coordinate, and adjust the above activities.
xe3x83xbbGeneral Financial Management: Ensure the appropriate handling of petty cash and other financial transactions.
xe3x83xbbTraining and Management of Subordinates: Develop and manage future team members (initially, no direct reports).
xe3x83xbbSAP Experience: Proficiency in SAP is required.

Requirements xe3x83xbbUniversity degree or higher (preference for majors in economics, accounting, business administration, or related fields)
xe3x83xbbMinimum of 8 years of experience in accounting and financial management
xe3x83xbbHaving experience in F&B industry
xe3x83xbbEnglish: Business level
xe3x83xbbJapanese: Business level or above preferred
