Job Description

s:

Responsible for timely and accurate closing and preparation of monthly accounts & financial reports as well cashflow projections for stakeholders. Responsible for full spectrum of accounting and financing functions of the assigned entity (include maintaining of the accounting system, full sets of accounts, statutory reports, journal entries, reconciliations, GL, AR, AP, ISO & LMW compliances & E-Invoicing implementation) Coordinate and liaise with external parties i.e. auditors, tax agents, secretarial , local tax and government authorities where required. Take charge for preparation of tax computation, tax estimates and ensure a timely and effective level of tax compliance. Handle tax matters which would include the timely SST filing as well as corporate tax. Assist in enhancement of the financial and management reporting system, internal control, policies and procedures. Manage staff payroll processing such as calculating salaries, processing statutory contributions, and ensuring prompt payment distribution.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is a minimal requirement. Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience. Full set accounts and finance operation experience is required, independently with minimal supervision. Essential to be Bilingual in English with Mandarin (including reading and writing) as require handling other mandarin stakeholders. Ability to work in fast paced environments and meet tight deadlines. Possess knowledge and well versed in MS office. Well versed with SQL. Experience in the manufacturing environment is an added advantage.
