Handle full set of accounts (GL, AP, AR, bank reconciliation, and month-end closing).
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements and management reports.
Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and regulatory bodies.
Monitor and reconcile intercompany transactions and accounts.
Support management in financial analysis and decision-making.
HR & Payroll:
Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
Ensure statutory compliance with EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and other local regulations.
Maintain and update employee records related to salary, benefits, and leave.
Provide HR administrative support when required (e.g., staff onboarding, contracts, HR letters).
Handle staff claims, allowances, and reimbursements in line with company policies.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degreein Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, MIA) are an added advantage.
Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in full set accounts.
Knowledge of HR payroll processes and statutory submissions is required.
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL, Autocount, SAP, or similar) and MS Excel.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
High level of integrity and confidentiality.
