Job Description

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle customs tax exemption for LMW and subcontractors - Application and Reports
Assist in AP invoice validation and update to system. Ensure timely preparation of monthly AP closing.
Prepare due Accounts Payables list and payment vouchers.
AP Statement Reconciliation
Assist in inventory stocktaking process and Inventory Data Inputs
Liaise with internal and external auditors and tax auditors during financial audits.
Participate in SOX related activities and fulfilling SOX requirements, where applicable
To perform and support any other related job function as and when required by the management

REQUIREMENT:
Candidate must possess minimum LCCI, Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
Minimum 2 years' experience in accounting field, Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Strong communication skills, Microsoft office (Excel, Words, PowerPoint), Accounting software, problem-solving skills and analytical skill.
Able to speak Mandarin will be additional advantages.
Able to handle multiple tasks and competent to work under pressure with tight deadlines and fast pace.
Able to work independently and with good inter-personal skills and self-initiative
