Handle daily book-keeping and accounting operations, monthly payroll, EPF, EIS, SOCSO, PCB and expense claims, and medical insurance enrolment for staff
Issue invoices and follow up on payments with external parties
Assist in audits, insurance maintenance, and finance-related filings with the Inland Revenue Department and other authorities
Good knowledge of financial reporting standards, auditing guidelines, basic income tax and SST laws
Prepare statements of account outlining money flows and monthly receivables by fee earners
Perform any ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
Minimum education level: Vocational
4 years of experience
Language(s): English
