Permanent contract Full Time
  • Handle daily book-keeping and accounting operations, monthly payroll, EPF, EIS, SOCSO, PCB and expense claims, and medical insurance enrolment for staff
  • Issue invoices and follow up on payments with external parties
  • Assist in audits, insurance maintenance, and finance-related filings with the Inland Revenue Department and other authorities
  • Good knowledge of financial reporting standards, auditing guidelines, basic income tax and SST laws
  • Prepare statements of account outlining money flows and monthly receivables by fee earners
  • Perform any ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Minimum education level: Vocational
  • 4 years of experience
  • Language(s): English
  • Availability to travel: Yes
