• Oversee activities of AP transactions including posting of invoices into the accounting system and assist in processing of payments
• Ensure timely, accurate processing and payment of staff claims reimbursement
• Prepare bank reconcilations
• Assist in preparation of monthly management accounts including journals and required analysis
• Ensure compliance with accounting requirements as well as company policies
• Assist in handling ad-hoc assisgnments and audit

Desired Skills, Experience and Requirements:

• Candidate must possess a diploma or degree in Finance/ Accountancy field with at least 1-2 years of relevant working experience
• Knowledge of NetSuite and SAP Concur would be an added advantage
• A self-starter with qualities of a team player yet is able to work independently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all level of staff
• Able to travel to Singapore when required
