Job Description


Job Responsibility Perform daily accounting activities, handling full set of accounts includes AP (Trade & Non Trade), AR, GL and Bank Reconciliation Assist in monthly accounts closing Update weekly cash flow report Handle online banking transfer (Vendor payments, salary transfer and statutory payments) Prepare payment vouchers , journal vouchers (Prepayment, Accrual, Loan Interest and Adjustments) Handle petty cash , staff claim reimbursement Ensure suppliers invoices are updated and recorded in system Perform invoice billing for collaboration & etc Monitor customer & supplier aging and follow up payment Update monthly closing stocks value Update monthly suppliers costs Ensure proper maintenance of records, documents and filling to support all accounting entries Attend to any ad-hoc duties or tasks assigned by superior or management from time to time Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary / STPM / A\' Level / Diploma / Degree in any field. Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia Required Skill(s) : Documentation Skills, Positive Attitude Matured personality and willing to work independently in a fast track environment. At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Full-Time position(s) available. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
