The Account Executive performs a range of accounting assistant assignments in a developing capacity. Contact with others:
Work closely with a designated team to successfully deliver client projects on time and within budget
Report to Account Supervisor & Senior Account Executive of problems encountered
Work closely as a team with staff, managers, and directors on all phases of the project
Responsibilities:
Able to handle full set of accounts and preparation of management reports for client\xe2\x80\x99s accounts with minimal guidance from superior.
Maintain and update necessary accounting & admin records such as reports, cash book, petty cash book, cheque issuance, invoices, filings and etc.
Perform bank and creditors reconciliation.
Preparing statutory accounts.
Prepare financial documents such as invoices, bills, accounts receivable, accounts payable, purchase orders, payroll, reports, and other financial records for entry into computer software.
Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amount and records are correct.
Sorting out incoming and outgoing daily post and answering any queries.
Managing petty cash transaction. Bank reconciliations and assist in the preparation of budgets and reports.
Handle corporate and banking matters.
Resolves complex accounting issues or assists Company\xe2\x80\x99s personnel in resolving financial issues.
Key data in UBS, AutoCount or SQL Software (if necessary).
Assist other ad-hoc duties as required.
