SOUTHEAST ASIA ACCOUNTING SUPPORT - AR

FULL-TIME POSITION AVAILABLE

OVERVIEW:

Working as SEA Accounting Support, you will enjoy the opportunity to participate in a fast-paced work environment focusing on a variety of accounts receivable duties for Fastenal's Southeast Asia locations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

Applying customer payments and analyzing exceptions Processing maintenance transactions on customer accounts Conducting customer service via telephone and/or e-mail correspondence Performing other administrative tasks as needed

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:

Possess or are working towards a degree in Accounting OR have relevant work experience; Excellent written and oral communication skills in English language; Proficient using Microsoft Office; Demonstrate strong organization, planning, prioritizing abilities, and attention to detail; Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning, and analytical skills; Possess math aptitude and basic knowledge of Accounting principles; Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment; Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment; Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork.

PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

Prior accounting experience PeopleSoft knowledge
