We are looking for Accounts and Admin Assistant to join our Accounts and Finance department.
Requirements
Assist with daily accounting tasks: data entry, invoice processing and AR / AP / bank reconciliations.
Handle procurement processes : sourcing suppliers and preparing purchase orders.
Liaise with vendors and internal departments to ensure timely and cost-effective purchases.
Maintain accurate records of expenses and procurement activities.
Support general administrative duties including filing, document preparation, and office coordination
Provide support to the finance and admin teams as required.
Qualifications
Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting and procurement.
Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel); experience with accounting software is a plus.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
