Qualification :
Diploma/Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business Administration, or related field
Requirements :
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting and procurement.
Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with accounting software is a plus.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Can start immediately
Responsibilities:
Assist with daily accounting tasks: data entry, invoice processing and AR / AP/ Bank reconciliations.
Support general administrative duties including filing, document preparation, and office coordination.
Handle procurement processes: sourcing suppliers and preparing purchase orders
Liaise with vendors and internal departments to ensure timely and cost-effective purchases.
Maintain accurate records of expenses and procurement activities.
Provide support to the finance and admin teams as required.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
