Job Functions: Checking for missing info and seeking to update asap Liaise with Dept Head if any discrepancies Always discuss matters which impact on accounting reports without delay and seek rectifications accordingly Check all bills and payments with care Issue delivery orders and invoices Filing invoices Update daily cash sales and cash and carry Update record cash and cheques received Update weekly outstanding cash sales Monthly salesman Commission report Give as much assistance to the immediate superior Adopt an attitude of checks especially new info or items, not regularly encountered Engage with other dept staff for mistake corrections speedily Preparing all paperwork in connection with accounting needs ADMIN Duties 1. Good in filling, scanning and store the documents. 2. Able to handle admirative task, hands-on with PC 3. In charge of Purchase of Stationery and Pantry Item 4. Have experience in handling company vehicle servicing, road-tax and insurance schedule. 5. Able to assists any event of company. 6. Able to come out with simple reports when needed. 7. Able to communicate well and self-driven. 8. Able to handle any additional task when assigned
