Accounts & Admin Assistant

Job Description

  • Responsible for monthly account data entries (invoicing, journal entry, AP, AR, bank reconciliation & etc)
  • Assist in preparing documents for yearly audit schedule for external auditing purpose
  • General Administrative duties
  • Perform any other tasks that may be assigned by the management from time to time
Requirements:
  • Possess Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher in accounting or adequate accounting experience will be considered.
  • Possess at least 1 year working experience in handling accounting
  • Knowledge of QNE & SQL accounting system is an added advantage
  • Able to process payroll
  • Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word
  • 5 days week
