Responsible for monthly account data entries (invoicing, journal entry, AP, AR, bank reconciliation & etc)
Assist in preparing documents for yearly audit schedule for external auditing purpose
General Administrative duties
Perform any other tasks that may be assigned by the management from time to time
Requirements:
Possess Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher in accounting or adequate accounting experience will be considered.
Possess at least 1 year working experience in handling accounting
Knowledge of QNE & SQL accounting system is an added advantage
Able to process payroll
Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word
5 days week
