Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts closing (GL / AP / AR / Bank / Petty Cash / Stock etc)
• In-charge for monthly operating results, financial and management reportings..
• Perform costing and pricing functions and cross check against quotation and invoices.
• Handle audit and tax schedule for year end audit and tax submission.
• In-charge the day to day office admin, management and operational matters.
• In-charge office printing & stationary, food & beverages requirement etc
• Preparation of monthly bank, stock, creditors and debtors reconciliation.
• Profit and loss analysis on each product trade and service program and transaction .
• Inventory control and management with routine and ad hoc reportings.
• In-charge physical stock-take on ad hoc and monthly routine basis and reportings.
• Credit control, analysis and reporting on trade and services program.
• Handle import duty and SST monthly submission and drawback etc.
• Processing staffs monthly claims and dealers rebate scheme, agent commission etc

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Finance / Accountancy or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and coordination skills.
• Good communication, integration and interpersonal skills
• Computer knowledge in using MS Office, UBS Accounting and Inventory software.
• Preferably with at least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
• Fresh graduates will be considered.
• Primary job roles of Cost and Financial Accounting & Bookeeping and secondary Financial and Management Reportings.
• 2 Full-Time positions available.
