Performing day-to-day accounting operations. Handle accounts payable, account receivable and cashbook. Handle general accounting, accounting filing, reports are prepared in an accurate and timely manner. Handle cheque preparation, staff claims and issue payment vouchers. Frequent update customers and suppliers on invoicing and payments, and quick response to their enquiry. Ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing to support all accounting entries. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management from time to time.
Requirements

Diploma or min 2 years experience in Finance/Accounting/LCCI/Business Administration, Major accounting or related field. Creative thinking skills, and ability to solve problems. Great analytical skills, independance, and ability to work under pressure. UBS experience will be highly considered.
