Manage full sets of accounts including daily transactions and month-end closing; prepare annual financial reports and coordinate with external auditors; handle general accounting duties such as data entry, documentation, and record-keeping; maintain proper filing of financial and statutory records; liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, suppliers, and customers; provide finance-related administrative support; coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate information flow; and perform ad hoc accounting and administrative tasks as required. Candidates should hold a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (or equivalent), have at least 2 years of relevant experience (audit, property development, or construction experience is an advantage), proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software, and possess good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
