Job Description

Accounting & Finance:

Handle day-to-day accounting operations and transactional tasks, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), journal entries, and bank reconciliations Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions Maintain up-to-date accounting records and documentation for audit and compliance Assist with monthly closing, financial reporting, and management accounts Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies Interpret management accounts to provide basic financial insights and support business decisions

Administrative Support:

Perform general administrative tasks such as document filing, data entry, and office organization Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors or service providers Support scheduling of meetings, preparing documents, and handling correspondence Ensure company records, agreements, and licenses are kept up to date

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or relevant field. Minimum 2 years' experience with related field Proficient in any accounting system and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Good interpersonal and communication skills. Well-organized and able to multitask. Must be self-directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision Working knowledge of email, scheduling, spreadsheets, and presentation software

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
