Accounts & Admin Executive
to manage our transactional finance and operations tasks. Ideal for someone who enjoys variety and is comfortable working independently.
Job Scope
Daily accounting (AP, AR, costing, budgeting)
Monthly payroll (Kakitangan) + submission of EPF, SOCSO, PCB, EIS
HRDC claims via eTRiS (must have hands-on experience)
Submit documents to external Accounts Consultant for monthly and year-end closing
Office admin: procurement, data entry, vendor follow-up
Renew government licenses (e.g. SSM, HRDC, DBKL, etc.)
Assist at company events occasionally (as crew/support)
Requirements
Minimum 2 years' experience in accounting/admin
Proficient in UBS Accounting Software

HRDC claims processing experience
(must)
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
LCCI, partial ACCA, or similar certification accepted
Independent, well-organised, and reliable
Willing to travel for events when needed
