Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in accounting or administrative roles.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Good communication skills in [English/Bahasa Malaysia] is preferred.
• Experience with SQL Accounting Software is an added advantage

Responsibilities

• To handle full set of accounts and cash flow management
• To handle accounts receivables and account payables
• To handle correspondence with suppliers and authorities / 3rd parties
• Ensuring timely closing of monthly accounts
• Handle full set of accounts timely reported to e-Invoice submission
• Handle filing, keep records and ensure accurate document filing
• General office administration works
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
• Prepare related companies' transactions and ensure reconciling items are followed up promptly
• To prepare, analyse and report financial results
• Ensure accounting records & systems are in compliance with company policies, approved standards and statutory requirements
