Job Description


Job Scope:The accounts Assistant IN CHARGE OF Accounts Receivable is responsible for invoicing to the customer. He/She has to monitor outstanding payments from customers and will ensure that payments are received on time.Key Responsibilities:

  • To monitor customer ageing and ensure payments are received on time.
  • To prepare debit note, credit note, reminder letter, statement of account for customer.
  • To prepare freight documents such as invoice, delivery order, and packing list
  • To arrange delivery of goods and documents via courier service
  • To monitor petty cash transactions and issue petty cash vouchers
  • To maintain proper accounting files and financial records, which shall be made available to the Company at any time upon request
  • Special related duties.
Competency :
  • Able to handle a full set of accounts
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all level of people
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English Language
  • Computer literate with Microsoft Office
  • Problem Solving Skills
Qualification :Related first degree/diploma or equivalent qualification preferably in accounting or with relevant experienceExperience :Previous experience for at least 2 years in related field
