Assist in office administration matters.
Able to assist full set accounting closing during month-end and year-end closing.
Prepare and submit complete and ad hoc reports and analyses.
Perform all related accounts receivable tasks and manage all activities in the accounts receivable function.
Ensures timely record of daily sales and maintains accurate records in accounting systems.
Reconcile bank statements every month-end.
Maintain filing and documentation thoroughly and accurately.
Support all internal/external audits on pay related activities.
To perform all other miscellaneous duties in the context of the administration department.
Assist OasisEye Group management of fiscal matters, strategic planning, advocacy, and assuring an environment that supports clinical excellence.
Assists colleagues and performs any other duties assigned by the Managing Director or management
