Accounting Functions
Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including data entry, invoice verification, and document filing.
Prepare supplier payments and update payment tracking records accurately.
handle SST submission and e-invoice (training will be provided).
Reconcile bank statements and support month-end closing activities.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and government departments when required.
Maintain proper and organized accounting documents (vouchers, invoices, DO, PO, receipts, etc.).
Administrative & HR Support
Prepare and submit EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB contributions accurately and on time.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave tracking.
Assist in handling staff claims, office expenses, and general HR administration.
Manage company documents, contracts, and license renewals.
Liaise with suppliers, couriers, and service providers for office operations.
Monitor and replenish office supplies and stationery stock.
Additional Responsibilities
Undertake any additional or ad-hoc duties assigned by management from time to time, including assistance in administrative, finance, or project-related matters when necessary
