Job details:
To handle account receivables/account payables duties.
Manage daily accounts operations and data entry.
Prepare invoice, payment voucher and statement of accounts.
Ensuring records and transaction are accurately updated.
Controlling credit and chasing debt.
To ensure proper filling of accounts records and documentation.
Handle reconciliation of account.
To assist with month-end financial reports.
To assist any other ad hoc assignments.
Education
Diploma or professional certificate in Accounting, or equivalent
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of working experience
Able to use Microsoft Office
Basic understanding of accounting and financial principles
Strong fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 7 months
Pay: RM2,900.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
