Accounts Assistant / Accounts Executive

Job Description
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently and effectively to meet required deadlines
- Ability to learn quickly and apply relevant knowledge
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Proficient in MS Office
- Willing to travel to our Perak plant for stock take on monthly basis or when needed
- Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting with at least 2 years accounting experience
- Diploma in Accounting with at least 3 years accounting experience
- Accounts payable
- Supplier invoice data entry, review supplier journal entries and payment in ERP system
- GL & subsidiary ledger reconciliation
- Accounts receivables
- DN issuance, review Invoice & CN journal entries and receipts in ERP system
- GL & subsidiary ledger reconciliation
- Bank reconciliations
- Fixed Assets
- Capital expenditure management, fixed asset recording, physical count,
- GL & fixed asset register reconciliation
- Monthly Stock take
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior.
- Annual Leave
- EPF / SOCSO / PCB
- Medical and Hospitalisation Leave
- Training Provided
- 5 Working Days
