• Position: Accounts Assistant (Accounts Receivable).
• Salary: RM 2500-3500.
• Location: Sunway Damansara, PJU3,Petaling Jaya.

Our client is a medical supplier company based at Sunway Damansara in Petaling Jaya. In this instant they are looking to recruit a junior accounting candidate to join their accounting team. In this regard, they are looking for a hands-on Accounts Receivable Officer who will be responsible for revenue accounting, accounts receivable and sales audit.

As the Accounts Receivable Officer, you be a key member of the team involved in a variety of accounting function duties. You will manage the revenue collection and review invoices timely and regularly. You review monthly transactions report to ensure that store inventory are compliant and provide accurate audit requirements document. In addition, you will be required credit report and review credit check for year-end closing and create a bad debt proposal. The key duties will be:

• Creation of sales invoices and credit notes.
• Customer credit limit analysis and calculations.
• Compiling customer risk ratings.
• Credit control.
• Month end balancing and reconciliation.

As described, this role will include heavy involvement in the credit control and collection functions and therefore experience or at least exposure to this function is essential. To be qualified for this role, candidate must possess at least a Diploma level qualification in Accounting with 2 years of relevant accounting experience. To succeed in this role, candidate must possess a good communication skills with ability to liaise with customers effectively and with confident.
