Job Description

Experience & Skills



1. Minimum experience required

2. Able to handle office management & administration

3. Encouraged if able to handle any type of accounting system

4. Should be able to handle Billing, Invoices, Payment Processing, Bank Reconciliation, Purchase Requisition, Purchase order, Account Payable, account Receivable

5. Must be able handle emails, Issuing Official Receipts by system .

6. Able handle customers on all enquiries related Maintenance and Management of Building

7. Good communication skills and good customer service

8. Willing to do Overtime as and when required

9. Must be familiar with computer skills (Microsoft, Excel & Power point)

Education



1. Fresh Graduates with minimum Diploma or Degree in any field but preferable in Accounts, Finance, Business Administration.

2. Can be considered even with only 6 months internship in any company.

3. Basic Knowledge in accounting will be added advantage

4. Abe to work with minimum supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
