Support Account Team in basic bookkeeping and accounting tasks which including data entry, filing, maintain and update accounts records.
Responsible for maintaining the accounting filing system both digital and physical.
Prepare financial reports and record transactions.
Work with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
Perform general administrative task given by superior.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma qualification, or, 2 years experience in related field.
Fresh graduates are welcomed.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel.
Great communication skill.
Detail-oriented.
Nice to have:
Prior experience in using accounting software (e.g. AutoCount)
