Job Description

- Position Title: Accounts Assistant Executive
- Working Location: Jurong West
- Working Hours: 5 days, Mon - Fri (8 am \xe2\x80\x93 5 pm)
- Salary Package: Up to $2300 + Variable Bonus + $90 (Transport Allowance)
- Duration: Permanent Role
- Issue Petty Cash Vouchers to reimburse staff and workers\xe2\x80\x99 expenses.
- Do data entry and journal for all Petty Cash transactions in General Ledger.
- Withdraw cash from the bank to maintain sufficient petty cash funds to cover the employee\xe2\x80\x99s claim.
- Perform 3-way matching for trade payable purchase.
- Matching vendor\xe2\x80\x99s DO with the invoice.
- Communicating with Purchaser or Supplier if there is any dispute on the vendor invoices.
- Monitor unmatched product receipts and clear them before monthly closing.
- Filing of trade and expense invoices.
- Conduct yearly stock count.
- Other ad-hoc duties may be assigned.
- Minimum GCE \xe2\x80\x98O\xe2\x80\x99 Level.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Candidates with some accounting knowledge will be advantageous.
