Job Description


  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of client financial records.
  • Strong time management skills to meet multiple client deadlines.
  • Effective communication and client relationship management skills.
ResponsibilitiesKey responsibility is to manage the accounting and financial processes for multiple clients. The role requires handling day-to-day accounting tasks, preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and working closely with auditors, tax consultants, and clients to provide accounting and financial services.
  • Maintain full set of accounts for various clients, perform data entry and ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions, monitor and reconcile client bank accounts, vendor statements, and client payment records;
  • Assist in preparing management reports and providing financial insights based on client financial performance;
  • Process monthly payroll for clients, ensuring accurate calculations of salaries, allowances, deductions and statutory contributions, ensure payroll records are compliant with employment laws and regulation;
  • Liaise with auditors to ensure smooth and accurate audit processes, support clients in addressing tax queries and audit-related matters;
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding accounting, tax and financial matters. Handle client queries and issues promptly, ensuring timely and effective resolutions;
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation for client records, manage deadlines and workflows efficiently to meet client and statutory requirements.
