Austral Migration Consultancy is one of the

top immigration law firms

in South East Asia with offices in Singapore, Malaysia and Australia. We specialise in providing visa-related services to clients from all around the world with the aim of helping them emigrate to Australia or Canada.

We are looking for a candidate to join our admin team, whose main role will be to

Assist in handling accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and payment tracking. Maintain accurate financial records, data entry, and document filing. Reconcile bank statements and support month-end and year-end closing processes. Prepare and process financial transactions such as expense claims, petty cash, and reimbursements. Assist in generating financial reports and statements as required. Ensure compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and accounting procedures. Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal departments to resolve accounting-related queries. Support auditors by providing necessary documentation and information. Perform other administrative and finance-related tasks as assigned.
