Accounts Assistant – Glenmarie Area (autocount System)

Job Description

Responsibilities:



1. Data Entry and Record Keeping



Accurately record all accounting transactions, including

General Ledger (GL)

,

Accounts Receivable (AR)

, and

Accounts Payable (AP)

. Maintain well-organized accounting records, supporting schedules, and documentation for

easy retrieval and audit purposes

. Ensure the

integrity and accuracy

of all financial data and records.

2. Proficiency in AutoCount System and Microsoft Excel



Use the

AutoCount Accounting System

for data entry, data extraction, and financial reporting. Demonstrate strong skills in

Microsoft Excel

, including the use of

pivot tables

,

advanced formulas

, and

data analysis tools

.

3. Financial Reconciliation and Reporting Support



Assist in the

preparation and reconciliation

of accounts to ensure accurate financial transactions. Support the

preparation of financial reports and statements

, ensuring compliance with

accounting standards and company policies

. Experience in

account reconciliation

will be an added advantage.

Requirements:



Minimum

1-3 years of experience

as an Accounts Assistant or Bookkeeper. Proficient in

Microsoft Excel

and

AutoCount System

. Ability to communicate in

Chinese

will be an added advantage. Able to

work at Hicom Glenmarie Industrial Area

. Strong

attention to detail

and accuracy in financial record-keeping. Excellent

organizational

and

time management

skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Good

communication and interpersonal

abilities for effective teamwork.

Proactive and resilient mindset

with strong problem-solving skills.

Immediate availability

is an added advantage.
