JOB VACANCY

POSITION - ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT

LOCATION - JALAN KAPAR, KLANG

SALARY - RM 2000-3000

Responsibilities:

1. Assists the Accounts Executive in maintenance of Accounts Payable,

Accounts Receivable and Cash Book.

2. Checking and updating of daily sales and collection analysis report.

3. Updating accounts receivable transaction.

4. Updating of all the daily transaction for cash record book.

5. Updating of credit card transaction to ensure all the charge are paid on

time.

6. Maintaining and updating of filing system.

7. Liaise with suppliers, department for documentation.

8. Preparing of all claims and payment vouchers.

9. Maintaining of transaction for bank accounts and petty cash.

10. Reconcile creditor statement and preparing bank reconciliation.

11. Issue debit note, credit note and invoice.

Requirement:

1. SPM or above qualifications

2. LCCI qualification will be an added advantage

3. Computer literate
