JOB VACANCY

POSITION - ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT MANAGER

LOCATION - SECTION 15, SHAH ALAM

SALARY - RM 7000-8500

In charge of full set of accounts including data entries, invoicing and payments to customers and suppliers.

Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial report for management review.

Prepare monthly and quarterly amalgated Profit and Loss & Balance sheet for submission to Corporate Office for Bursa Reporting.

Quarterly reporting to Corporate Office for the following reports

1.Console Package

2.Sustainability Report

3.Related Party Transactions

4.Enterprice Party Transactions

5.Enterprice Risk Management

6.Other ac-hoc report as and when required.

Yearly budget preparation

Liaise with tax agent, audit and other regulatory bodies for reporting purpose

Liaise with Part Time Accountant on computation of yearly tax liability and consolidation of accounts and financial report

Ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements (eg tax submission, SST & etc)

Maintain accurate financial records in accordance with company policies and accounting standards

Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accuracy of accounts

Support internal audits by providing necessary financial documentations+
