Requirements

  • Diploma in Accounting, Finance or professional qualification (ACCA/CPA) or equivalent.
  • Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
  • Experience in preparing and analyzing financial reports.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including data manipulation and formula creation.
  • Accurate and efficient data entry skills.
  • Ability to perform account reconciliations.
  • Experience in invoice processing and management.
  • High integrity in handling confidential data
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in System Administration or ERP-HIS systems is an advantage
  • Familiarity with Malaysian accounting standards is an advantage.
  • For Executive role - Minimum 3 years of working experience in accounting-audit with strong knowledge of tax and accounting standards.
  • Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken), knowledge of mandarin is an advantage.
  • Ability to work onsite in Kuala Lumpur.
Responsibilities
  • Process accounts payable invoices, ensuring accurate coding, approval, and timely payment to vendors.
  • Manage accounts receivable, including generating invoices, posting payments, and following up on overdue accounts.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records using Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
  • Support the annual audit process by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
  • Assist with data entry and maintain organized filing systems for accounting documents.
  • Reconcile intercompany transactions and balances.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, statutory and tax requirements.
  • Liase with front counter for invoicing, receipts and billings.
  • Act as System Administrator for the accounting system and Hospital Information System (HIS) including user access, data accuracy, troubleshooting and end-user support
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as required
